Adopt-A-Suite Rentals

When you rent a suite for an event through the Executive Suite Service's Adopt-a-Suite program, they will advise us directly. We will schedule a dedicated Suite Attendant who will take care of your food and beverage service in your suite.

You will be provided with a Consumption Bar which will include:

Domestic Beer (Molson Canadian, Coors Light) $5.85 per can
Imported Beer (Heineken, Corona) $6.75 per can
BV Century Cellars Chardonnay $41.00 / bottle
BV Century Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon $41.00 / bottle
Captain Morgan White Rum $6.95 / ounce
Smirnoff Vodka $6.95 / ounce
Seagram’s V.O. Rye $6.95 / ounce
J&B Rare Scotch $6.95 / ounce
Gordon's Gin $6.95 / ounce
Grand Marnier $7.50 / ounce
Chivas Regal $7.50 / ounce
Crown Royal $7.50 / ounce
Hennessy $8.95 / ounce
Soft Drinks $3.60 / 591 ml bottle

If you do not require a consumption bar, please advise us on your order in the special requests box. Please keep in mind, soft drinks, juices, bottled waters, beer and BV Costal wines are stocked in all suites and billed to you according to your consumption.

PAR STOCK

All suites contain a mini-bar refrigerator containing a par stock of assorted beers, soft drinks, juices and wines. These items are charged on a consumption basis and your suite attendant is required to conduct an opening and closing inventory of these products as well as place orders for any requirements during the event. The wines are charged by the bottle so once a bottle is opened a new bottle is ordered to replace it.

We are required to maintain these par stock levels upon opening and closing of each event and all excess quantities over the par stock are returned back to our liquor room for resale. Please be sure not to over-order upon bill presentation at the end of the event as with limited space we are unable to store this excess product in your suite nor manage our established inventory system effectively.

OUTSIDE SUITE RENTAL

If your company has been given tickets or has rented a suite for a specific event through the suite owner, you are not eligible for a Consumption Bar. You may purchase bottles of liquor either upon your arrival or by calling our office at 416-815-5720 and requesting a Wine & Spirits order form. Please note, soft drinks, juices, bottled waters, beer and BV Costal wines are stocked in all suites and billed to you according to your consumption.

The suite owner will advise of the method of payment. If they do not authorize their credit card for your use, you must provide a credit card upon arrival to the suite.
